Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 25, 2026

SwiftFlo ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the SwiftFlo desktop application (the "App") and our website at app-swiftflo.com (the "Website").

By using the App or Website, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Facebook Account Data

When you connect your Facebook account via Facebook Login (OAuth), we receive the following data:

  • Access Token: A secure token provided by Facebook that allows the App to interact with the Facebook Marketing API on your behalf. This token is stored locally on your device.
  • Ad Account Information: Your Facebook ad account ID and name, used to identify which ad account to manage.
  • Ad Set Data: Performance metrics for your ad sets, including reach, impressions, spend, purchases, link clicks, add-to-cart actions, and frequency. This data is read from the Facebook Marketing API in real time and is not stored permanently.

1.2 Application Configuration

The App stores your configuration preferences locally on your device, including:

  • Campaign and ad set naming preferences
  • Threshold settings for automation triggers
  • Scheduling preferences (stop/start times, timezone)
  • Automation intervals and duplication settings

1.3 Website Data

Our Website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. We do not collect personal information through the Website unless you contact us directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we receive solely for the following purposes:

  • Ad Management: To monitor your ad set performance and automatically refresh underperforming ad sets based on your configured rules.
  • Authentication: To verify your identity and connect to your Facebook ad account.
  • Application Functionality: To save your preferences and settings for a seamless user experience.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, selling to third parties, or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All data — including your access token, ad account information, and configuration settings — is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data or Facebook data. The App runs entirely on your computer.

3.2 Security Measures

We implement the following security measures:

  • Access tokens are stored in the application's user data directory, protected by your operating system's file permissions.
  • The App communicates with the Facebook Marketing API over encrypted HTTPS connections.
  • Facebook OAuth 2.0 is used for authentication — we never ask for or store your Facebook password.
  • No data is transmitted to any servers other than Facebook's official API endpoints.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information or Facebook data with any third parties. The only external communication the App makes is directly with the Facebook Marketing API using your authorized access token.

5. Facebook Platform Data

Our use of information received from Facebook APIs adheres to the Facebook Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including:

  • We only request permissions necessary for the App's functionality (ads_management, ads_read).
  • We do not sell Facebook user data.
  • We do not use Facebook data for purposes unrelated to the App's core functionality.
  • We do not transfer Facebook data to data brokers, information resellers, or any advertising networks.
  • Users can revoke access at any time through their Facebook Business Integrations settings.

6. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: All your data is stored locally on your device and is accessible to you at any time.
  • Deletion: You can delete all App data by uninstalling the application or removing the configuration file from your device.
  • Revocation: You can revoke the App's access to your Facebook account at any time through your Facebook settings.
  • Portability: Your configuration settings are stored in a standard JSON file that you can access, copy, or move at any time.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, which you provide when connecting your Facebook account.
  • You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting your Facebook account or uninstalling the App.
  • Since all data is stored locally on your device, there are no cross-border data transfers by the App itself.
  • You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
